The enemy of happiness is wasteful thoughts. To stop yourself from thinking wasteful thoughts focus your mind on God. Avoiding wasteful thoughts begins with cultivating 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 and intentional focus. By becoming aware of unproductive mental patterns—such as 𝕖𝕩𝕔𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕚𝕧𝕖 𝕨𝕠𝕣𝕣𝕪, 𝕣𝕖𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕥, 𝕠𝕣 𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕡𝕒𝕣𝕚𝕤𝕠𝕟—we can actively 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 toward constructive thinking.
